Riverside Park Perth

An exciting project to plant a new, national collection of heathers on the banks of the River Tay in central Perth is getting started. The project is led by Perth and Kinross Council and Beautiful Perth, involving other volunteers in developing the gardens in Riverside Park with the potential to be the largest and most comprehensive heather collection in Scotland. It is planned the garden will host 950 species of heather, forming an important and unique national collection.

Arboretums de France

L'Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères

Le Guide du Patrimoine Botanique en France, publié en 2006, le distingue comme l’un des cinq conservatoires majeurs de la Région Centre. L'APBF (Association des Parcs Botaniques de France) a créé un "agrément d'intérêt botanique" et l'a remis à l'Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères, parmi 7 autres sites en France. L'Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères est labellisé "jardin remarquable" par le Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication

The Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères

The Heritage Guide Botany in France, published in 2006, stands out as one of the five major conservatories in the Centre Region. The APBF (Association of Botanical park in France) created an "approval botanical interest" and handed it to the Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères, among seven other sites in France. The Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères is labeled "remarkable garden" by the Ministry of Culture and Communication
